The East Tennessee Foundation is a community foundation serving 23 counties of East Tennessee.  Its mission is to create permanent resources to enrich lives and strengthen communities in East Tennessee.  The Foundation serves East Tennessee by building endowments and making grants to programs and projects that benefit this region and its people.
