Rosetta Stone - an interactive computer program for learning English using images, text, and sound. Difficulty levels increase as the student progresses. Ask at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor for help getting started. Bring your own headphones.

Learning Express Library -  this database offers  vocabulary, spelling, grammar, reading and writing skills with instruction in Spanish. Preparation for the GED (General Education Development), TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), and U.S. Citizenship are included.

Testing & Education Reference Center - a computer database with practice tests for the GED (General Education Development), Toefl (Test of English as a Foreign Language), and the U.S. Citizenship Test. This database is available in the Library or on your home computer. Ask at the Reference Desk on the 2nd floor for help getting started or call 434-4454.
